Fundació Òpera a Catalunya provides a Whistleblowing Channel, in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, as part of its Internal Reporting System.

This channel enables individuals to report, in good faith, any potential breaches of law, regulatory non-compliance, or conduct contrary to the ethical principles of the organisation, ensuring confidentiality, information security and protection of the reporting person.

Eligible reporters

The Whistleblowing Channel may be used by all individuals who have, or have had, an employment or professional relationship with Fundació Òpera a Catalunya.

Reportable concerns

The channel is intended for reporting:

• Legal or regulatory breaches
• Conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics
• Situations of harassment or discrimination
• Misuse of resources or confidential information

This channel is not intended for artistic complaints or administrative enquiries.

System guarantees

The Whistleblowing Channel ensures:

• Confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity
• The possibility of submitting anonymous reports
• Explicit prohibition of retaliation
• Impartial handling of reports, respecting the presumption of innocence

Responsible body

The management of the Internal Reporting System lies with the Body Responsible for the Internal Reporting System of Fundació Òpera a Catalunya, appointed in accordance with Law 2/2023, and acting with independence and functional autonomy.

Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.
